Clements was from a longtime Houston family. Gene was born August 12, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Johnny Dull; her children, John W. Darnell Font as well as numerous other loving family. She taught school at the secondary and high school levels in Houston for many years.
After a few years of teaching she focused on raising her family. She was an avid sports fan, you could see her at many a sports field over the years watching her children and grand children participate in sports. She loved a good movie and singing for her family, and most of all she loved being a wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by parents, Malcolm and Elizabeth Davis; and sister, Joy.
